Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Abdul Rahim AlMasi ("we", "us", "our") for ittars, attars and fragrances. By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
• You can browse and buy as a guest, or sign in with an email and password or with Google. You're responsible for keeping your password and email access secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to give accurate, current information — name, phone number and delivery address — since we rely on it to fulfil your order.

2. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at checkout at the time you pay is the price you're charged.
• Product images are for illustration — actual bottle design, packaging or fragrance color may vary slightly from what's shown.
• We try to keep stock levels accurate, but an item may occasionally sell out between browsing and checkout; if a paid order can't be fulfilled, we'll cancel and refund that item or order in full.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error, and to refuse or cancel an order placed as a result of such an error, even after confirmation.

3. Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's only accepted once payment succeeds and we confirm the order.
• We accept cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets and EMI via Razorpay. We currently don't offer cash on delivery.
• We may cancel or hold any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, or placed in error, and will refund any payment already taken for it.

4. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery timelines and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. An order can be cancelled only before it ships — contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Because of hygiene, fragrances can only be returned if they arrive damaged, incorrect or defective; report this within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. See our FAQs for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt fraud (including payment fraud) against us or anyone else.
• Attempt to access another user's account, or probe, scan or interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
• Scrape, copy or republish site content, or resell our products, without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Abdul Rahim AlMasi name, logo, product photography, descriptions and site design belong to us (or are used under license) and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Checkout is processed by Razorpay; sign-in may use Google. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for outages or issues on their end, though we'll help resolve any order affected by them.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law (for example, for a defective or unsafe product).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
